Payment:

PayPal: This is my preferred method of payment.

Direct Bank Transfers: If you are a resident of Australia please contact me if you wish to pay via EFT.

Money orders/Cheques: This will be considered, please email me if you wish to pay using this method.

I am very flexible with payment methods. As much as I love Australia there are so many international fashion sites that wont deliver to Australia, I can empathise with anyone in a similar situation!!

Shipping:

Everything will be packaged in my own personalised and made Miss Wee gift packaging.

All prices are exclusive of shipping. All items purchased within Australia are shipped via Express Registered Post and shippings costs are dependant of your locations and how many products you order. Upon receipt of payment, items will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Upgraded shipping requirements are available upon request as a cost to the customer.

Refunds & Exchange:

Miss Wee recognises that complaints provide a means for improving customer service and is committed to ensuring that all complaints are dealt with in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

Although we do not offer refunds or returns, if the item is faulty upon receiving the product we will repair it or replace it depending on the situation.
